Government Authority located in New Zealand looking for expert vendor for dictation, transcription and speech recognition service and solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide dictation, transcription and speech recognition service and solution.
- Ability for the customer to control template creation and workflow
- Support for role-based access groups
- Support for specified document types with ability to configure workflow based on the type
- Ability to configure the templates to meet the needs of multiple locations and specialties
- Ability to create a workflow which will allow an author to create, edit and approve their own documents
- Ability to display the clinic list based on user profile, i.e., transcriptionists only see those clinics they cover, clinician only sees those clinics they do
- Ability to select patient from clinic list
- Ability to manage recipients e.g., multiple recipients, parents of under 16 years old, etc.
- Ability to define an approval process which allows for a document to be approved by more than one approver
- Ability to easily assign tasks to another transcriptionist or author
- Ability for Authors to dictate using a variety of devices, including mobile devices, USB microphones and telephone
- A mobile solution that can be used both within the hospital and out in the community
- Smart functionality - such as identifying mismatched genders and conditions, or present appropriate options based on trigger words
- Proven capability in the clinical environments, including ability to cater for specific terminology, background noise, etc.
- Ability to pull through GP details into the template from an external system
- Ability to create clinic lists derived from hospital systems
- Ability to apply defined metadata to template types to meet regional standards
- Ability to integrate with any commercial speech to text software package
- Ability for authors to easily see the number of documents in their workflow from within the system
- Support reporting against performance targets to manage and monitor workflow
- Ability to report on pre-determined metrics in real-time
- Ability to produce reports based on user configurable fields e.g., date, specialty, document type, author, typist, etc.
- Ability to display the results on a reporting dashboard.
- Ability for users to view reporting dashboards based on role.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be two years.
