[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide future audit management system.
• Planning module to prepare and schedule audits according to audit programmes’ definition
o Master data definition as the audit programmes, and the users with roles and qualifications
o Email templates
o Basic documents management
o APIs to Microsoft dynamics CRM and AsureQuality AssuranceHub
• Field work module for
o Creating and managing workflows with tasks rules and dependency based on audit programmes rules, and specific defined or collected data values
o Defining templates for reports and emails
o Constructing forms
o Providing on site audits, from the forms created, pre-filled with defined data
o Collecting data from the on-site audits
o Preview reports on site
o Managing audits progress while using their appropriate workflow
o APIs to reporting tools as Pentaho or PowerBI to monitor data, non-compliances and operational performance
• Follow up module to track issues or non-conformances
o Managing escalation
o Deadlines
o APIs to customers’ portals
• Reporting module for automatic report and certificate generation and email from data collected based on sets of templates as well as management of external reports.
• Interfaces for broad system integration capability
o Configurable or customisable APIs - enable the AQ AMS to connect to external systems including, but not limited to, auditor competency data, timesheet, invoicing system, quality management system and customer site H&S systems or farm management systems
o Pathways for migration of existing audits data in Excel, SQL…in order to provide historic data.
