[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health and safety management system to allow seamless people and data management processes.
- The solution must include efficient notification delivery:
• Automated and configurable alerts associated with all areas of functionality listed below
• Workflow notifications, that are customisable, to ensure people who need to be informed of reporting or actions are notified immediately
• Customisable to set repeat tasks, overdue action notices, reminders.
- The respondent’s solution (module) must capture incidents and near misses that is easy to use.
- The respondent’s solution must have the ability to add photos and related document to the incident report.
- The respondent’s solution must be able to integrate to related modules such as hazards and overall risk management.
- The respondent’s solution must include a risk profiling tool that has a clear, easy to use, current and relevant risk matrix and associated methodology.
- The respondent’s solution must have a tracking feature to monitor the implementation of controls and automatic review time notifications.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be two years.

- Onshore (New Zealand Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
