[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources information system.
- A centralised core system and record for all key employee, organisational and talent data, this may include tracking of roles and recruitment activity.
- Recruitment and selection, to source, engage and hire talent, both permanent and contractors.
- Onboarding and offboarding workflow, to enable new staff to be consistently and efficiently integrated into the organisation.
- A performance review and goal setting module.
- Timesheet functionality for contractors.
- Succession and Development (workforce planning) - providing visibility and planning capabilities to support future growth.
- Workforce Analytics - an analytics library containing all HR and reporting data, standard metrics, industry benchmarks, and HR best practices to help measure HR activities. HR reporting functionality that links to our true source of data.
- Payroll - Open to consider switching payroll systems to achieve a fully integrated system, but not compulsory.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (New Zealand Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
