[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide solution to manage health and safety, including risk management and incident reporting and formulating plans to address the risks for staff.
- The solution must enable us to record incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
- The solution must support agency in conducting investigations into incidents.
- The solution must enable us to maintain a register, both temporary and permanent, including risk assessments, controls, links to relevant documentation, a person accountable for managing the hazard, review cycles and necessary management workflows.
- The solution must enable us to monitor and audit a range of critical health and safety activities.
- The solution must enable the process for creating and storing the documents that describe the process for identifying the physical and health hazards that could harm workers, procedures to prevent accidents, and steps to take when accidents occur.
- The solution will enable real time access to site information and related documentation pertaining to hazards on site, i.e., a register.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (New Zealand Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
