[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website design and development service using content management system.
- Website design (visual, look and feel), confirming a cohesive visual language and tone, the user interface and the information architecture. A design style guide to guide future content development is required.
- Application development including improved search and optimisation, integration with other platforms and hosting.
- Simplicity in use
- Permission control
- Publishing workflows and controls
- Easy and fast to get up and running
- Reliable, responsive, trustworthy development support
- Easy integration of rich content (such as video, podcasts, augmented or virtual reality apps
- Readily copes with language characters and accents
- Provides high level of privacy and data security
- Typefaces, fonts and heading styles should be contemporary, elegant, and assist with task completion without distraction
- Permit image carousels, video, audio and other rich content including augmented and mixed reality experiences
- Be easily transferred across other platforms (colours, typefaces, fonts, heading styles)
- Website accessibility assessment
- Inclusion of an effective search and providing dynamic optimisation of the site for search engines
- A new environment for the management and display of content and the integration of applications
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
