Government authority located in New Zealand based organization looking for expert vendor for payroll software as a service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll software as a service including workforce information, employment agreements, human resources delegations, pay cycles, superannuation, allowances, deductions and other benefits, redundancy, leave management, time recording.
- is able to support multiple employment agreements and remuneration arrangements with varying terms and conditions, work patterns and pay cycles with their own set of accounts,
- is delivered as a service on a subscription basis providing the ability to dial up or down the subscription as the Ministry evolves over time.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 12, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (GLOBAL Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Vendor may need to visit client location for onsite meetings.
