Nonprofit organization located; New Zealand based organization looking for expert vendor for Website Platform and Services.
[A] Budget: 600,000 NZD
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to Website Platform and Services to Digital Platform Project is to turn the traditional website model on its head, at the heart of the design by providing a task-oriented, dynamic site that responds to the user and provides customer service 24/7/365 on PC, tablet or smart phone.
1. Transform and consolidate 12 - 15 websites (see list) from the current platform to the new platform.
2. Propose an out-of-the-box web platform solution supporting configuration over customisation, removing reliance on development.
3. Convert current web content to simpler style suitable for mobile and in keeping with Council’s ‘Tone of Voice Guidelines’ (yet to be published).
4. Provide CX/UI Design - that is separated/staggered from the build process to enable adequate support/approval from Council stakeholders.
5. Apply Council’s ‘Brand Guidelines’ to UI design.
6. Able to use Council’s existing Azure infrastructure, unless cost or outcome is prohibitive.
7. Aware of and able to apply government website standards.
8.Provide training to staff.
- Any changes to the Techone Portal
- Any changes to the SharePoint 2013 Document Management System
- Any changes to the Careers solution and website
- Northlands Room Digital Collections solution or website
- Library Catalogue solution.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (New Zealand Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
