Government Authority located; New Zealand based organization looking for expert vendor for Learning Management System.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Learning Management System to
- Roles and Permissions:
- The HR/H&S Admin &/or Farm Admin team shall be able to archive or de-activate user accounts. All data must remain in the system and be reportable.
- The HR/H&S Admin &/or Farm Admin team shall be able to bulk upload user account information.
- The HR/H&S Admin &/or Farm Admin team shall be able to create new roles e.g. User, Trainer, Manager, H&S Casual etc.
- The HR/H&S Admin team shall be able to import organisational hierarchies from the Pay Global (once completed).
The LMS shall be a Single-Sign-On solution (Azure directory compatible).
- The LMS shall be suitable for farms with low bandwidth.
- The LMS shall be compatible with third-party courses.
- Users can bookmark their place in a particular course or content so they can work their way through the course in bite size chunks.
- Search functionality allowing learners to find specific courses & materials based on keywords.
- The system must be optimised for Pāmu’s preferred browser.
The LMS will support a learning event calendar.
- The LMS must provide functionality to maintain the scheduling and booking of all types of synchronous learning events including face-to-face classrooms, virtual classrooms and online discussions
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than October 3, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
