[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management system to provide a CRM System capable of supporting NZBS Donor Services operations. This includes ability to effectively manage their donor database, ensure successful donor recruitment, retention programmes, campaigns and implementation services, also required is data management functionality and infrastructure for interfacing with NZBS data sources, mobile phone app, website and key information systems. Responses to this RFI will be used to inform NZBS procurement planning and approach for the delivery of the solution.
Key functions required by the solution should include:
• Capture and maintain donor and donation history information ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
• Log all contact history with donors accurately
• Donor pool management
• Manage donor recruitment pipeline, from prospects through to donors
• Tele recruitment functions for Contact Centre use
• Manage all appointments for donors including the different appointments types, and will also ideally allow us to manage other therapeutic services our Nursing teams provide to patients.
• Capability to manage a variety of recruitment, retention and promotional campaigns
• Varied communication modes including email, text, social media etc.
• Ability to integrate with third party API
• Setup fixed and mobile donation sites specifying the number of beds in each bed type based on the capacity (e.g.: - whole blood = 4 beds, plasma = 3 beds, platelet = 1 bed)
• Varied reporting with flexibility to customise
• Ability to integrate with Azure AD for single sign on
• Accessible through the internet to enable a mobile workforce using multiple hardware platforms
• Hosting of data within Australia/ NZ
• A cloud base solution will be preferred
• Provide information about system up time, security, privacy and disaster recovery

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
