[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online survey software.
- Near-real time feedback.
- Multi-channel feedback options (web, text, phone, website, web chat, social media, video etc).
- Multiple users concurrently.
- Multiple surveys and research instruments run concurrently.
- Campaign and customer management tools (manage campaigns in email, SMS, phone, social media etc.)
- Platform agnostic (no dependencies on other proprietary systems).
- Device agnostic (functional and useable on phones, tablets, computers with no customisation by end-user).
- End User training and supporting artefacts.
- End user management tools (add, edit, remove, set permissions etc.).
- End user management tools (add, edit, remove, set permissions etc.).
- Ability to extract data, including very large file sizes, in a wide range of formats (e.g. csv, PDF, xlxs, jpg, png, xml, txt etc.).
- Active and engaged consultation from vendor on CX best practice, insights, trends, practical and theoretical knowledge.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 20, 2020.

- Onshore (New Zealand Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
