[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide lab management software.    
• Replace an existing solution that is end of life.
• Create a digital solution that can integrate as many segments of the end to end process as possible.
• Improve the current processes by making them more efficient.
• An off the shelf solution that will be supported for the foreseeable future
• A solution that supports the above mentioned process but makes them more efficient
• A solution that supports small to medium sized labs
• An affordable option that potentially offers modules that can be adopted over time
• A solution that can be installed as part of on premises infrastructure
• A solution that can integrate with other solutions
• A solution that can support integration with specialised lab equipment
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 8, 2020.

- Onshore (New Zealand Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
