[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide finance planning and reporting tool.
1. Planning:
- Integrated driver-based planning models for:
- Personnel costs
- Revenue
- Operating expenditure
- Capital expenditure
- Projects
- Fast and easy scenario analysis
- Balance sheet, cash flow and PL planning driven directly off the models
- Ability to allow cost centre managers to update their key drivers and variables online to avoid the need for spreadsheets and for finance
- Business Partners to collate information
- Rolling forecasts
- Robust security rules
- Audit trail of changes made to the plan
- Ability to add commentary and socialise
2. Reporting:
- Real-time reporting online so no need for excel models
- Drill through capability to transactions or to models
- Balance sheet, cash flow, PL
- CFIS reporting
- Ability for cost centre managers to self-serve to see their results
- Product profitability
- Branch profitability
- Client profitability
- Project reporting
- Funds under management reporting
- Allocation modules based on specified drivers
-Ability to automatically produce board reports and exec reports using office connect (i.e. refresh the reports automatically by linking through to the planning and reporting tool).
3. Business Intelligence:
- Interactive Dashboards, customised to divisions and users.
- Ability to drill through to underlying information and source transactional information with one click on the numbers
- Graphs, including waterfalls and trend analysis
- Ability to hold non-financial information and bring that into the dashboards
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (New Zealand Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
