Government Authority located in New Zealand looking for expert vendor for website upgrade and phase two enhancements service.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide upgrade of the two components of the website, the common web platform recipe and the silverstripe content management system.
• Part 1
- Part 1 of this RFP relates to the purchase of services to upgrade the CWP recipe from version 1.9 to 2.x (latest version) and upgrade the Silverstripe CMS from 3.7 to 4.x (latest version).
- The key outcomes that we want to achieve under Part 1 are production and test websites that have been successfully upgraded and tested with a minimal impact to end users.
• Part 2
- Once Part 1 of the RFP has been completed, FMA will have a stable platform to work alongside the successful digital services partner to define, plan and implement phase two enhancements.
- Additionally, the partner will provide ongoing website support commencing upon the successful completion of the website upgrade in Part 1 of this RFP. This is what we are classifying as Part 2 of the RFP.
- The key outcomes that we want to achieve under Part 2 is the identification of enhancements (incorporating activities such as user testing, design workshops, wireframe development and user interface design), development, implementation and testing of the chosen prioritised enhancements. Additionally, an operating model will be established for ongoing support of the agency website.
(2) The contract period will be for three year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (New Zealand Organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
