[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide global travel management solution with the capability to manage all elements of travel and associated bookings (e.g. accommodation and rental cars), whilst ensuring that we are able to see where all our employees are located while they are travelling.

- customisable at regional levels to ensure that different policies can be applied as appropriate
- expertise and evidence of providing seamless and top-notch service to customers
- capability to create and manage travel bookings for our people whenever and wherever they travel across the globe
- user-friendly interface, and the ability to track the location of its people that are travelling at any given time
- ability for an authorised to decline any travel.
- Ability to book multiple means of travel and multi-port trips; air, accommodation, rail, land
- Ability to share itineraries and add/sync itineraries to Outlook calendars
- Access to previous, current and future itineraries
- Functional processes and great user experience for our travellers with minimal administration
- Ability to blacklist certain hotels and airlines
- Ability to cancel or change bookings.
- Ability for a third party or Administrator to book on behalf of traveller
- Ability to book group travel
- allow data to be searchable using a search function that can perform exact and broad searches
- Ability to report on potential cost savings based on preferred/cheapest options vs actual options selected.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than July 10, 2020.

- Onshore (New Zealand Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
