Government Authority located in New Zealand based organization looking for expert vendor for facilities management software.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities management software to implement a facilities management solution that provides a single source of data on all assets that fall under the responsibility of the building and facilities management team.
- These assets include but are not limited to: fire systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), plumbing, electrical, lifts, doors, flooring, windows etc
- The solution will allow the facilities team to assign specific maintenance tasks against the assets, which will produce a planned preventive maintenance schedule and work orders, that can be tracked through the system to completion
- Goal is to achieve greater visibility on inspection, testing, maintenance of assets to provide metrics on the life of an asset, cost effectiveness of an asset, and assessment of asset ‘end of life’.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (New Zealand Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
