[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide social sciences online site content management services must be compatible with Social media,
- to engage a provider for strategic site management and content development for newly redesigned Social Sciences Online website, this site will be a key part of the supporting resources being developed in the Aotearoa histories work programme. It will support teachers and school leaders to understand and implement Aotearoa histories and Social Sciences as a whole
- Developing a site content management strategy, including content development, innovation, promotion, user testing, and evaluation (in collaboration with the Ministry),
- Creating and publishing a range of high quality user-focused teaching resources, guidance and other content (such as news items and social media),
- Adding and uploading new content as it is developed (by the Ministry and other providers)
- Enhancing user experience through identifying and implementing improvements to layout and content
- Growing the site audience and increasing engagement and interaction
- Supporting connections and coherence between Social Sciences Online and other Ministry of Education sites and resources
- Highlighting and promoting relevant events, news, and resources on the site
- Establishing and following robust quality assurance and project management processes
- Supporting the transition to the new TKI platform.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (New Zealand Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
