Government Authority located in New Zealand looking for expert vendor for workforce planning and management solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce planning and management solution.
- The product must be able to create shift rosters.
- The product must be able to create duty schedules.
- The product must be able to link employees to rosters.
- The product must be able to link employees to duties.
- The product must be able to assign employees against duties that are aligned to the employee’s competencies or certifications.
- The product must be able to identify workload capacity (individual and team).
- The product must be able to identify if an employee is unable to work due to leave.
- The product must be able to produce resource modelling options based on location, available resources, capability, time of day, planned and unplanned work.
- The product must be able to provide up to date recommendations based on resource modelling.
- The product must be able to consolidate shift preferences, leave and staff movements in one place to support reliable scheduling and forecasting.
- The product must be able to provide up dated schedules based on last minute changes of schedules due to employee duties, resource assignment or any other variable.
- The product must be able to provide up dated schedules based on an employee’s request for changes to their shift or duty allocation.
- The product must be able to identify user access based on the individual’s role.
- The system can validate new or updates to rosters, duty schedules, and business rules made.
- The product should be able to retain six months of demand model data.
- The product must be able to upload data from different sources in different formats e.g., airline schedules, shipping company schedules etc.
- The product should be able to integrate demand models and use them as input for rostering.
- The product must allow a manager to approve, amend or decline a timesheet electronically.
- The product must be able to demonstrate an approvals workflow for time sheeting.
- The product must be able to generate an export file for to payroll to enable an employee to be paid.
- The product must allow an individual to request leave against their entitlements and submit to a manager for approval.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be ten years.

- Onshore (New Zealand Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
