Government Authority located in New Zealand looking for expert vendor for media analyst service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media analyst service.
- help secure optimal media rates by leveraging government media spend and buying power
- unlock other sources of value beyond just media rates that were previously unavailable through gen one (for example, higher quality media placements)
- demonstrate capability and experience in analysing and benchmarking media rates and other sources of value achieved through negotiations with media publishers
- demonstrate how value for money can be achieved using analytical tools to aid negotiations
- act free from improper influence and in the best interest of government agencies in performing the services
- maintain open and effective communication
- work collaboratively and in good faith with a third-party media negotiator
- document and make available the analysis and explain how the analysis will impact on the outcome of the negotiations
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 20, 2020.
(3) A briefing webinar will be held on March 13, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (New Zealand Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
