Government Authority located in New Zealand looking for expert vendor for media and advertising agency service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media and advertising agency service.
- Sale of advertising space in accordance with advertising policy, any other relevant policy added from time to time and any other relevant industry best practice guidelines such as the advertising standards authority
- Production of advertising onto decals
- Scheduling installation of decals (including liaison with relevant operators and third parties)
- Removing advertising once pre-agreed adverting periods have ended
- Receipt of revenue due from advertisers, payment of installation costs and accounting for and paying net revenue
- Liaising with operators and any relevant third parties
- Reporting performance, including forward plans and net revenue projections
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 26, 2020.
(3) A supplier webinar will be held on March 11, 2020.
(4) Contract term will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (New Zealand Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
